CANCELLATION

We respectfully request 3 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. A credit card is required to hold appointment. If you are unable to give us 3 hours advance notice you will be charged full amount of your appointment. We do not provide refunds for cancelled/no show appointment 

NO-SHOW

Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled massage and does not provide 3 hours cancellation notice will be considered a “NO-SHOW” and will be charged full amount of your appointment

LATE ARRIVALS

Please plan accordingly and be on time. If arrival is delayed, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you arrive 15 minutes later past the time of your scheduled appointment, the service will be canceled regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be charged at full value. 

ARRIVAL

We suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows us to have a discussion with you about your treatment expectations. Your service will end at its originally scheduled time to prevent a delay for the next client. Please respect your appointment time.

ADVANCED BOOKING 

We highly recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. All online appointments require a credit card to reservation. We respectfully request that you allow 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. If you must cancel your appointment  or missed appointment will be charged full amount of your appointment.
